The changing nature of the threats we face include software, agriculture, cyber-based threats, terror, espionage, street crime, and public corruption.  ISIL (ISIS) is a major threat at the present time.  This has continued to cause issues, but there is still reason for encouragement.  Most people favor law and enforcement officers that work for it.  Thank you, David!
